GUEST POLICIES

No drugs and alcohol allowed on any hotel premises.

Smoking and Vaping is not permitted inside the hotel premises besides the designated smoking areas

Outside pets are not allowed.

Any guest breaking the rules, consuming illicit substances, and conducting a wrong behavioural approach, can be asked to leave the property immediately. Property manager cancel your booking without being liable to raise any refunds.

Guest are responsible for their belongings.
IDENTIFICATION

We need a valid passport and visa for foreign nationals and a valid Government Photo ID and Address proof like Driving license, Aadhar card for Indian nationals
CHECKIN

24-hour check-in permitted for any requests please contact us.
PAYMENT​

Cash, Cheque, UPI, Debit cards and Credit cards accepted.

The prices are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax applied by Government of India.

For third party bookings we take some time to confirm your payment.

Breakfast is not included in the room rates. We don't offer any foods in our hotel. We will arrange foods from our partner restaurants.​
GROUP BOOKING

For bookings of more than 4 people or stays of more than 15 days, please email us on support@kkminternational.co.in or call us on +917598377774 to get authorisation. Else, we reserve the right to terminate your booking without any refunds.

Accommodation in the same room for Groups of more than 3 can not be guaranteed​
ROOM EXTENSION POLICY

Please check at the front desk between 9AM – 9PM to extend your beds. It is solely on availability and on the current prices.
